Popular non-tech areas include, consultants, digital marketers, content creators, translators and for support functions like customer care and Sales support etc.
There is no minimum duration required to hire on Byond. However, the period of engagement needs to be declared upfront as this will have a direct impact on both the cost of the resource as well as the terms of the engagement model.
Yes. However, one must have a registered domain and official email id. Our compliance team may ask for specific information on a case-to-case basis before onboarding the client on the portal.
Once you have finalised the candidate, you need to deposit an advance equal to the first month cost of the resource to formalise the engagement. Once the candidate starts working for you, subsequent month payments need to be deposited 15 working days before the start of the next month. Failure to deposit the amount by the due date will trigger termination of the contract.
An engagement can be terminated by giving 15 working days notice. In case, no notice period is given or shorter notice period is given, then the amount will be proportionately adjusted from the advance deposit account of the client.
In such cases Byond will ensure to put a suitable replacement quickly so that the project work goes on uninterrupted.
